Location was easily accessible and directly on our route. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

When checking in, discovered that our room was on the second floor. Asked the front desk clerk to change to a room on the ground floor as my husband has a bad knee and has a hard time going up and down stairs (there were maybe 3 other cars in the parking lot) but she would not and did not explain why. He explained that he had a plate and screws in his leg (and 74 years old) and all she did was offer to help carry our bags upstairs which is nice, but not the problem . I killed a roach on the wall as soon as I entered the room. The a/c was working, but even though the control pad showed changing fan speed and temp, nothing ever changed. Coffee pot did not work. Shower head pointed somewhat toward the wall of the shower and could not be moved. Tv remote was extremely slow and difficult to work.

Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities and they all worked. Nice breakfast. Manager Elizabeth very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't use the pool. It wasn't maintained and the water was green. The breakfast had what you needed to get you going but the waffle maker in online pictures was missing.

It was 6 mins from the testing center I had to be at in the morning.

When I opened the door, the entire room smelled so badly of weed. There were So many bugs. I actually went across the street to Ollie’s to buy ant/roach killer and bed bug killer because after I saw several small roaches on the floor and walls, I was paranoid that the (very uncomfortable) bed would have bugs too. I didn’t find bugs in the bed, but I did find a ton of little hairs which was pretty gross. For $100, I expected much better.

The staff was nice when I had to call the office line

The toilets wouldn’t flush properly. Called down to office and was told it was a known issue and there wasn’t anything she could do. There was pubic hair on our toilet seat when we let it down. We turned our ac to 70° and it wouldn’t get any cooler than 76°.
