On theme, cool instrumental collection, great vinyl collection. All in the name of a dope and comfortable fun time and hang!! Loved it! Jeff was super responsive and helpful for all things that came up (call box was a bit wonky but, worked out great thanks to Jeff!)
No divider or privacy on the balcony , but not a deal breaker either

there is nothing he can do about the lack of a view….
my son wished there was a TV in the 2nd bedroom…
