The house was just as presented on the site. Loved the kitchen downstairs. However after viewing the property it was a needed trip to walmart to buy sheets and blankets for the bed. The provided comforters and sheets were soiled and stained. The towels were overly worn and stained, there was a huge pile of trash in the middle of the garage. It rained so we had two vehicles in the garage and the trash made it very difficult to manover around. Loved the decor and simplicity of the floor plan. The games inside where a hit. Wanted coffee but the filter in the Keureg machine was molded over. Overall great home for family and kids would stay again.

I’m only leaving a two-star review in these particular categories, because the issues we had do not fall under these categories. Between ALL the bathroom outlets not working, an uncut/unkept lawn, bugs in all main living areas and bathrooms (all issues I politely and understandingly reached out about), the last straw was that the air conditioner stopped working on our next to last day there. Topping off at 86’ in the house, we were miserable and one family had to leave with their baby. When I reached out (still respectfully) about this final issue and my frustration, whomever I was speaking with changed from “apologetic” to a “none of this is our fault” attitude, and I was made to feel in the wrong. I was utterly shocked and replied, listing all the major issues, and reminding this person how patient and gracious I had been. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for anything. And even with all the issues, had I not been spoken to in such a dismissive way, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this. I would have reached out privately. All in all… 1. This could be a great house, if the issues are addressed and corrected. 2. I hate that we were there for such an important event, and had to deal with women fixing their hair in the dining room with no mirrors, constant killing of bugs, and no working air at the end. 3. If the owner was dismissive toward us, he/she’s to blame. If it was someone speaking on their behalf, they should take note going forward.

We enjoyed the attractions. The house has thin walls. The neighbors kept me up at night. They were just in the backyard talking but the thin walls prevented their noise from being blocked out. The pool table was cheap and the room was too small for the pool table. The house, in general, was very nice
