Cette villa au charme incontestable à Yaiza vous offre une expérience inoubliable. Playa del Afre n'est qu'à 9 minutes de marche et si vous souhaitez prendre la voiture, le trajet ne dure que 6 minutes jusqu'à Playa Blanca.
De retour auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances, offrez-vous une pause bien méritée au plus près de la nature avec une piscine et une piscine extérieure. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur (Wi-Fi, par exemple).
Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une bouilloire électrique, un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. Il y a même une machine à laver, vous pourrez donc voyager un peu plus léger.

A luxurious property with a fabulous pool.

Renting the property was easy. Terry made us very welcome. Location was great 10 minutes to the promenade. Paul bar was very friendly. Couple of small issues but Terry fixed them immediately. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We are a family with two children aged 2 and 4months and grandparents. The layout of three bedrooms all with their own bathroom was ideal. The stepped, heated swimming pool with large terrace made the holiday. Terry was on hand to help and managed to even provide 2 cots. We would love to stay in this villa again.

The villa was fantastic; large, well equipped and in a great location for us. Local amenities within a 5 minute stroll, easy access to the Papagayo beaches, very peaceful and the bus stop just round the corner was really useful for popping into town in the evening rather than take the car. The pool and terrace area were amazing; the pool was warm and a great size and got the sun all day. We very much hope to return next year!

The villa was fantastic; large, well equipped and in a great location for us. Local amenities within a 5 minute stroll, easy access to the Papagayo beaches, very peaceful and the bus stop just round the corner was really useful for popping into town in the evening rather than take the car. The pool and terrace area were amazing; the pool was warm and a great size and got the sun all day. We very much hope to return next year!

Excellent villa, spacious, well
Equipped and maintained. We like this area because it’s quiet but within walking distance of amazing beaches and restaurants. This is the best villa we have stayed in during 15 years of coming to the Canaries. Thank you Terry !

Brilliant ! The booking process was very easy with all questions being answered promptly. When we arrived, Terry was there to meet us and showed us around (and came by to say good-bye) Even though we were early, we could get access to the villa, so we popped to the supermarket and then relaxed. Villa is great, everything you need and the terrace (huge) is in the sun from sunrise to sunset. The pool - well, what can I say. The pool was heated and was absolutely fantastic, we've never spent so long at a villa just relaxing and swimming - it is really really good. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and there's a supermarket and bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We preferred to go and eat at the marina (a five minute drive) as we'd been to Lanzarote the year before and knew the restaurants. Dorada beach at Playa Blanca was great. This is a fantastic villa and as others have said, we will definitely book again if we return to Lanzarote. Very highly recommended !!!!!!!

We had a great experience with this villa, very clean and excellent outdoor area. Supermarket and a few bars close by. We have been renting villas in Playa Blanca for the last 8 years and this is the first we would return to!

Very spacious outside with great pool. Sun all day and no neighbours to bother you.
3 bathrooms are a nice have, especially when sharing with teens.

Had everything we wanted, very clean, comfortable, great warm pool and lovely garden. We hardly left the villa during the day as the weather was so good and was very quiet and relaxing. Shops nearby and a good restaurant just up the road. We had a car so went into Marina and town in the evening. TV had all the channels for sports and movies as well. We will definitely be back. Terry was very helpful and just a phone call away if needed.

Just returned from a weeks stay in this fantastic villa! Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, lovely quiet and convenient location. My friend and I were spoilt having an ensuite bathroom each and a comprehensive tv package to keep us entertained in the sandstorm, and up to date with the rest of the world! The day the storm finished everything needing cleaned was scrubbed to perfection again. Terry was super helpful without being obtrusive and available for help at all times via phone and message. Plant based products for our welcome package were happily sourced, and he also helped make sure the transfer company knew exactly where to pick us up. The stay was just too short and both my friend and I hope to return in the future, plenty of room for a third travel buddy as well! Sooner rather than later would be awsome..... Thanks again from 2 beautifully relaxed stress heads!!!

We have just got home from having a lovely holiday. Villa was Excellent. Could not do enough for us . When we arrived there was water teabags sugar milk biscuits. And even some beers in drinks fridge
