Beautiful home. 7 adults 2 kids family Christmas celebration. This home was perfect ,two complete homes...almost, lower level kitchenette. Allowed for the family to have plenty of space and privacy.
Nicely stocked, all we needed to bring was food and of course ourselves.
Location across from Palmer Lake, which was iced over, saw people ice skating, and playing ice hockey. Watched many deer come into the yard to eat from a bush. So lovely.
We were blessed with a White Christmas...was magical.
Owerner of home answered all questions promptly. Home was clean and comfortable. Made our get-together unforgettable.

We hosted a small surprise birthday for my husband and had friends come in from out of town and it was the perfect place! The house is very clean and specious. It’s walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Anthony was very helpful and quick to respond! I appreciate all his help and communication. This place is perfect for families and friends.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, with mountain and lake views. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved spending afternoons on the back deck. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Anthony was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the best time staying here for our first ever girls trip with our daughters!! We attended the Taylor Swift concert in Denver Friday night and just had a short drive to our place after the show! Super easy to get to! The house is so cute and loved all the decor! We enjoyed our time on the deck and was super nice to be able to walk down to restaurants and get coffee! Checked out Palmer lake and Went to Colorado Springs to hike Garden of Gods! Anytime we had a question Anthony answered within minutes!! Highly recommend staying at this VRBO!

Where to begin…..The house was very spacious, easily accommodated our family of eleven plus 2 dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked. Walking distance to Palmer Lake with kayaking, fishing, disc golf, playground, etc. Easily accessible to various hiking trails. The patio had great Mountain Views which we enjoyed every evening while we barbecued. Saw various wildlife. Anthony, the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We stayed 4th of July, and had an AMAZING fireworks show from the balcony! Highly recommend!

This property is perfectly tailored as a short term rental! They thought of everything that you could possibly need. The place was immaculate and all the beds , couches, furniture was so incredibly comfortable and inviting. It was BY FAR the best VRVO we have ever used! Great Job!!

This place is squeaky clean and as advertised with the ability to support sleeping space for several people who were in town visiting for a surprise birthday .
The location was extremely convenient, the check in process couldn't have been easier, and when we needed to get in early for the out of town people Anthony was immediate in response and accommodating. We even had a small mishap with a pet and he was very understanding. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again. House is beautiful!

Anthony is an outstanding host. He is very flexible and as long as communication is two way and prompt, he ensure that you and your guests have an amazing stay. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was settled quite promptly. House is spacious and cozy at the same time, 10/10 would recommend for a weekend stay :)
