Traveled all the way from Minnesota to do holiday cookie baking with our son. Perfect kitchen for baking. Had the best time.

We had a fantastic stay here in Waxahachie. Very comfortable and cozy. The property was clean and the host was very attentive. We were able stay close to our grandkids who live nearby. They absolutely loved the cows. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. Everything was perfect!

First, would like to say that the host Jen, was wonderful. Communication was excellent and was a call away if there was any issues. She gave our family a tour of the ranch on an ATV and we had an awesome time getting to see the cows and dogs. House was beautiful, updated and clean. Our German Shepherd and cat enjoyed their stay as well. Lots of space for them to hide while the grand kids came over. Internet was fast and the streaming apps on the TV served our needs. Sunsets were beautiful and at night had a clear view of the stars. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful three nights here with our dogs. The house is pretty, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The yard is amazing! Secure fence so our dogs could safely run around to their hearts' content! Great location to get to downtown Waxahachie. We were there for the Christmas tour of homes and dinner on the square. Really a fun getaway. The owner was great with communicating with us and even brought us a remote for the large front gate because she knew we had the dogs with us. Absolutely loved this place!

Everything was great. Clean spacious house with nice patio and sun room out back. Everything you needed for our stay was there plus extra mustard in the fridge. The only thing that was a little negative was road noise for the front bedrooms. It dissipated after 11Pm. We would stay again when in Ellis county.

This was great stay for a "Race Week-End"! Close to the track and house had everything we could possibly need. Owner was great to communicate with and made the process super easy. Highly Recommend staying here. We will be back!

We had so much fun at this rental!! There was 6 adults total that stayed at the house. We went to watch my nephew play football at SAGU. This house was very clean, and in the perfect location! Experience the feel of country living right outside of town. The views of cows grazing in the field while sipping coffee in the morning was my favorite. Very quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed driving to the lake, walking through the streets of downtown main st , lots of great shops and food. Big Al's is a must! Food was delicious!! Jen was so great at communicating with us. We will be renting this house again for another visit!

Very impressed with this property. It provided everything we needed during our stay. Lake Waxahachie being less than 5min away was a plus!
We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and shared the property with another family. It's very spacious inside and out. The large yard with the ranch in the back kept the kids entertained during our stay.

We stayed in Waxahachie for Memorial Day Weekend to attend the Scarborough Faire. This was the perfect place for us to stay! The yard is fully fenced with a gate at the drive so the dogs had plenty of room to run and roam. There's a beautiful sunroom in the back of the house where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and watching the cows just past the fence. The property is huge and the house sits a decent distance from neighbors. The beds were very comfortable, we found everything we needed (including an iron!) and we really appreciated the snacks and bottled waters! Jen was very attentive and helpful, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We spent Memorial Day Weekend here to attend the Renaissance Festival and it turned out to be the perfect place! The host was very responsive and even left a sweet welcome note and snacks/water. The house is beautiful and spacious with a large yard, perfect for the dogs to get their exercise! There's a lovely sunroom on the back facing the barn and cows just past the fence. The beds were very comfortable and we even found and iron and ironing board when we needed it! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in or around Waxahachie!
