this was a GEM! perfectly located a quick walk from ferry. a balcony to sit on at night and watch the twinkling lights over on st. thomas.everything we needed and perfect location. i'll be back!

Lovely studio. Clean and organized. In the middle of the city. Good sunset view. Comfortable bed. Cozy beach theme. Parking included, otherwise parking is a nightmare in St John. It included beach chairs and coolers, did not include snorkeling gear nor umbrella (not a complaint just fyi). TV included Netflix.
There is a lot of noise in the morning, but the worst was rosters literally outside the window crowing at 5:45AM every morning. That was the worst. It’s not the owners fault, it seems like the locals are used to them. This is a con for being so close to the restaurants and bars which are all walking distance.

This property once inside was perfect. It was nicely appointed with a spectacular view of Cruz Bay. The area leading into the property, however, was a bit of an eyesore. But since the condo itself was so pleasant and so conveniently located, my sisters and I just overlooked the unpleasantness outside. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Cruz Bay.

We had a very relaxing trip. This place was reasonably priced. It’s close to all the restaurants and shopping. The place is perfect for two. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioner works well and is quiet. It was clean and had what you need for beach days-chairs towels etc. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is the road traffic. Just bring ear plugs. If you live St John and don’t want to spend a fortune to stay downtown…this is your place

5 minute walk from everything in Cruz Bay. Makes evening dining very easy. Unit is perfect size for small family. No parking on site but the lumberyard down the hill has reasonable weekly rates. One minor downside to the location is theres a fair bit of traffic noise from the street. Street is pretty busy especially during the day.

Very cute little place to stay and super convenient area! Just wish there was a little housekeeping but can’t complain! We had a great time!

We loved staying in the heart of Cruz Bay with easy access to everything. The space is bright and clean with a nice balcony that overlooks the bay and the city. Easy access to great restaurants and car rentals where you can rent a car to take you to the beautiful north shore beaches for the day. Loved having grocery store close by too.
