Property was everything we wanted! Stocked with a kitchen with all the utensils to cook and have coffee on the beautiful balcony each morning. Appreciated the nice shower towels and beach towels to utilize.

We have stayed in this building many times over the last 15 years and this condo is top notch. It has recently been renovated and the new furniture both inside and outside is very good. Unlike many units the amount of towels, both bath and pool was fantastic. We did not need anything besides water during our stay and communication and responsiveness from the PM was quick. Another review had mentioned the neighbors noise. We did not have any issues with noise and when we talked with him he was really nice and a wealth of knowledge on the island. As a great side note for people that need white noise to sleep, they have awesome fans that can drown out any noise, which is pretty unusual in any rental we have stayed in on Cozumel. I look forward to staying here again sometime soon in the future.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is perfect for easy access to the town, the ocean and activities. The space is very comfortable with a large kitchen with all the things we needed to make meals. Three large rooms, each with ensuite and large closets. A large dining table that was perfect for meals and games. Plenty of room to relax in the living room with a smart TV and insane view of the ocean. We sat out on the balcony every morning and evening watching the waves and watching for dolphins. It almost looks like your on a cruise ship with the 180 degree ocean view. While there is no sandy beach, you don't miss out with a nice pool, pool deck with umbrellas and a couple spots to jump into the ocean. While the current can get strong periodically, there is a lot of snokeling to be done when the ocean is calm (most of the time). Lots of fish, crabs, sea urchins and more. Getting around is very easy. We walked out front to the road and were able to get a taxi in minutes any time of day. There are a couple grocery stores (Soriana). One on the north side of town and one further south. The one south is the Hiper, more like a super store with groceries, wine, booze and home goods. Buccanos is a close walk/taxi, and has incredible food, both day and night. The Five Suns has a lot of good souvenirs, great slection and less hastle. We had such a wonderful time. Can't recommend enough and Alex helped to make sure our trip was perfect!!

The condo is beautiful. Huge rooms, Great kitchen. Bring your own spices though.. Bring your own coffee as well. Best view on island. Gorgeous pool and grounds. I wish i Didn't have to say this but if u choose the master room on right when you walk in condo, expect that your neighbor in 602 condo plays his rock music at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT... it is not the quiet room unfortunately. Yes i asked him to turn it down, HE told me i must be too old to appreciate his music... Interesting, im 53 yo.. no kids.. I was on vacation and wanted to go to sleep by 9pm so i could get up early to dive the next day.. Rude man. But what can i say???? my own fault i guess, i should have been a bit more assertive about the loud music, but that is not my job while on vacation.

We absolutely love this condo!! It has everything you need from location, cooking utensils, the most gorgeous views and the best part is you can swim or snorkel right from your condo and let me tell you it was probably the best snorkel spot we seen! The way the current was moving you could lay still in the water and it would push you as far as you wanted to go. Then you could step out when your ready and walk back to your condo and do it again! Alex our host was fantastic and quick to get back with us if we had any questions and in helping find any tours we were interested in. The cleaning ladies came twice during our stay and did a great job. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome since we were a family of 5 it was great to be able to throw our stuff in there upon return from the water to keep them clean and to reuse them within a couple of hours. We will be back to this amazing condo again in the near future!!

This was truly a wonderful experience. The location and view were amazing. The condo was spectacular, clean, and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Cozumel!
