The room was filled with roaches and the clerk was smelly and improperly dressed. My daughters were scared, and we left promptly. They took my $110 US but we did not stay. They tried to return money to my card but it was not.

Front desk needed customer service

Price shown on the website was different from what was charged at the hotel. Staff at front desk was very rude and unwelcoming.

Location as great.

Room was not clean. There were not clean towels. The receptionist dropped off 1 towel for 2 guests an states that's all she had. The room I got was a small room with a queen bed. The bed overpowers the room. The joints between the tiles on the floor were badly stained. The bathroom faucets were dirty and parts of their handles missing. Everything was manual and the attendant was slow.

I loved the fact that there was a functional clean pool to swim in and WiFi. I also love that our room was equipped with a microwave and a small fridge that had a small freezer. The AC worked and so did the TV however we didn’t watch the TV at all really during our stay. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful! There’s a small snack shop at the front desk where you can buy small snacks and drinks. It was very clean and we were granted early check in. I’d love to stay here again as it’s close to the airport and close to the beach each a 5-10 min drive depending on traffic.

The location and the pool

Location was a plus for this hotel if u want to stay near the airport.

Property is worn out. Too many mosquitos & flies in the room coz they don’t have window screens. There is no blackout curtain so u can’t really sleep in.

Close to airport. Good price for drinks and snacks in reception.

The door to the toilet did not close, there was no light in the room, the bathtub was leaking, the Internet disappears, poor quality image on the TV.

Didn’t partake in breakfast.

No electricity upon arrival. unsafe conditions while trying to gain access to the room.
