Clean hostel. Good location. And very social.

Room was clean, so spacious, great showers etc. The bunk beds are comfy. Nice pool area.

Awesome pool area for hanging out and ordering a drink or meal. They offer sign ups for group activities combined with other hostels like tubing which was so fun! If you plan to hot air balloon, book before you arrive. It was booked out 5 days in January.

Cleaning staff couldn't keep up with emptying our dorm's trash and cleaning the bathroom floor. It floods when anyone showers then ends up muddy. Beds are creaky and loud. Curtains leave gaps.

The staff were very helpful with booking trips & transport. Facilities were good, the pool was decent. The bar/restaurant was well priced and good quality. Sociable, good for solo travellers.

Location was great, it's near everything. Staff was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with them. I would say it was good value for the money.

Doors have no soundproofing so you'll hear everything that's happening outside your room.

Beds- curtains, a light, a socket. One bathroom to 4 beds. Shampoo and shower gel. The pool is really nice and there are sun loungers. Pool showers and toilets. The pool bar served breakfast in the morning and a nice selection of li ch things. The chips are hand cut and I highly recommend. If you order a cup of tea he will happily refill your cup with hot water to make the most out of your tea bag. At reception you could book lots of activities and different onward transport. Fab location, go to the Irish bar. And Kiwi kitchen for a Sunday dinner. There is 2 resident little poodles and they are cute to just have around

Request a bottom bunk, people were struggling to get on the top, scraping their legs etc. cold showers. My room didn’t have lockers but most others did.

Amazing staff team. Easy to book tours, tickets, hot air balloons etc... through the hostel at the reception and good price as well. Room was clean, comfy bed. Good wifi. Food really good and cheap.

Close to bars and restaurants. Decent area to chill and chat. A really social feel within the hostel.

Found a rotten banana under the bed from a previous guest. Staff said room would be cleaned after they were informed but it wasn't.

L'équipe est sympa. La personne laotienne qui parle anglais est très très sympa et toujours prêt à aider. Les prix sont un peu opaque quant au tuctuc et aux activités. La musique s'arrête à 23h et il y a le WiFi partout. C'est une auberge où il y a la fête mais pas trop.

Les chambres pourraient être rafraîchis et l'équipe fait tout pour que les chambres restent propres ( 3 passages par jour quand même). Les lits sont confortables mais les chambres sont petites et ont des tout petits casiers. La salle de bain peut être vite sale. Il n'y a pas d'endroit pour étendre son linge ni d'eau à volonté comme dans certaines auberges.

Super nice hostel, comfy beds, dorms with not too many people which is nice! And a lot of other backpackers.

Not a great sitting area to meet other people because of the table arrangement, more like a restaurant.

Nice modern hostel in a great location. A nice outdoor area, and the pool and loungers were great. Good beds, and room / bathroom was clean.

Pool wasn’t cleaned from dead insects and flies. Staff were not overly friendly or attentive. A few small changes here would go a long way.
