The location and building are great.

The flat was dirty, and when I informed the host, they responded that it had been deep cleaned, even though most surfaces had dust, there was a strong and disgusting smell in the bedroom, the bathroom had stains and the bathroom supplies were half used / not new. There were also no bin bags. The worst was that I tried very nicely to ask the host to come to give it another clean and give me new towels/linen (again, because of the really bad smell) to which they refused, and did not care at all.

it was perfect for the location I was going in, the owners were very helpful as I arrived very late at night. it was just what I was looking for
