You can't beat the location! The apartment was very nice and clean, and comfortable.

It was difficult to locate the lock box and find the keys to get in. There was no dish cloth, and no ice cube tray. So we bought both and left them there so the next guest will have them. Couch uncomfortable.

Needs air conditioning or at least a fan in the summer time. The windows barely open and it is far too hot to be comfortable. Customer service was not only unhelpful, they did not know what was going on. After flying in and asking if I could check in an hour early, customer service told us "check in tomorrow" which was just clearly wrong. Terrible and automated communication. The lock box was not super easy to find either.
