The location of the house was perfect for our daily travels to Newport. The house was spotless when we first arrived & stocked with all the necessities. Marcia was very responsive in answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the warmer weather!

This house was very convenient for our occasion. We had six adults stay for our son's Navy Officer Candidate School graduation. The location of this home is great...easy and quick to the base and downtown Newport. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!!! Marcia was a pleasure to work with. Communication and check-in/check-out was super easy.

My wife and I stayed with 2 other couples for a destination wedding. The house is very clean and spacious. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Short drive to the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport as well as shopping for groceries and essentials if needed. You will enjoy your stay.

We came into Newport for a graduation at the Naval base. Our whole family of 6, plus a one-year old stayed at the house. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was extremely comfortable and conveniently located about 10 minutes outside of downtown Newport. We had all of the things we could have needed from extra blankets to coffee and sugar. I would rate this house a 5-star. Marcia our host was very attentive and responded quickly to anything I contacted her about. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the Newport area.

The house is well maintained and very clean! There are plenty of ammenties for use in the house- towels, dishware, first aid kit, laundry, etc.Everything was very clean and gave a nice beach town feel. The rooms are well decorated and cozy, plenty of space! The house sits on a main road so you do hear some traffic, but its nothing too loud. It is close to town with plenty to do. We enjoyed out stay!

Marcia is an excellent host. An amazing communicator and happy to help with anything you need. She made the whole process incredibly easy. The house is SO spacious, clean, and had every thing we needed for a girls weekend. If I ever returned to Newport, I would definitely stay here again!

8 of us stayed at the house for a low key bachelorette weekend and had a great time (some of us even talked about rebooking again next summer). Location was great, the house was very clean and “as described”. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach.

I booked this for my friends and I to spend the weekend in Newport and it was the best! The owners are very responsive! It was cute and clean and perfect for what we needed! I will definitely be booking again for the future.

Our family stayed in this house for our wedding. The home was really clean and nice and in a convenient location close to Newport. The host allowed us to check-in early and check-out late which we really appreciated. She was also very easy to get in touch with. She did accidentally cancel our reservation while everyone was already checked in causing me to be refunded and threatened kicking everyone out of the house on my wedding day if I did not repay that day so I had to call VRBO while getting ready for my wedding to fix her mistake. Didn’t love that, but other than that, it worked out fine. She was apologetic after the fact and overall it was a great trip.
