В душевой напрочь забит слив…. Неужели так сложно сдавать номер нормально??? Тем более, что совсем не бесплатно. Номер с открытыми окнами и ледяными матрасами … это тоже еще тот прикол. Заехали ближе к полуночи и валились с ног. Вызывать консьержа и выяснять отношения не было ни сил, ни желания. На утро, когда я сказал на рецепшене о проблеме - тот просто ляпнул «Sorry”…

Everything was perfect. The facilities are all very new and modern. Breakfast buffet was great. We also enjoyed that we could have breakfast on the terrace. A very nice stay in Cluj!

very comfy, clean rooms, staff really helpful, far enough out of town to not be too noisy. View from balcony over looking river was lovely
no kettle/tea in the room and also got very hot without the windows open so could get a bit noisy with the road outside, aircon didn’t cook very well

Excellent facilities. Good enogh location
For my stay breakfast start time was 9 am for a weekday due to Romanian Holidays. Be aware if you traveling for business.

Excellent breakfast. Interior design above the expectations. The restaurant has nice and relaxing view on the Somes river.
Personnel extremely helpful.
We had also an excellent dinner on the restaurant.
TV might have been a larger size according to the room size.

Hotel River Park offered exceptional service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, accommodating all extra wishes. Highly recommend!

Nice and modern hotel. Rooms are a decent size, with good facilities. Fairly quiet neighbourhood.
The shower cabin could use a fix up. Only one coffee cup per day !?.
