Although its an old property, Clealiness and comfort are the top the box to tick.
Probably the old garage can be fix or dismantled completely as its bit of let down to total surrounding of the house.

It was dirty and there was bugs everywhere as well as spider web, air con wasn't working

The bed in one room was leaning to one side because the floor was leaning was uncomfortable to sleep. I cant sleep that two night and have to drive back to adelaide wont be back for sure thank you
