Our family had the best vacation at Reef Tides and wanted to send you a huge 'Thank You' for hosting us this past week. We loved everything about our stay. Your home is wonderful and comfortable. It was me, my husband, kids (17 and 20), and mother-in-law. I asked our family about their favorite things about our trip.....the view....the reef....and the pool and house topped the list. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy the entire island. We explored the island and checked out several of the beaches. We booked a boat dive with Dive Provo and had a great time. We snorkeled at Bight Reef and had a long snorkel trip at Smith's Beach (around the buoys where we did see turtles). Hands-down, our favorite spot was in front of Reef Tides and in front of the nearby houses to the east. We would hike down the beach to the east and enter there and swim out to the coral and then float home. The coral and sea fans were amazing! This was some of the healthiest and best variety of coral we have seen. We saw several turtles, and the kids saw one GIANT turtle. I also watched a black eel with spots for quite a while, just a few doors down to the east. I wished I had a camera with me! Snorkeling was good at both high and low tide. We ate out each evening and had fun. Lots of great restaurants a short drive from the house. We loved everything about Reef Tides...the privacy of the bedroom suites, the nice breezes in the sitting areas, the variety of spaces to relax, and of course the pool! The house was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the extra beer and wine refrigerator. We played games and cards every night and enjoyed the options to sit outside or inside to play (when it was too windy). Everyone loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Kids relaxed in the hammock and hiked up and down the beach at night chasing crabs. The gardens and paths on the property are magnificent. Our college-age kid stayed in the downstairs suite and loved having a little privacy and his own TV. Wifi worked great in the upper patio area around the pool and in all of the upper bedrooms and living spaces! The view of the ocean from the property cannot be matched. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this very special home and hope we can visit again! Many thanks and hope to stay longer next time!

8 adults went to celebrate a friends 50th Birthday! If we were home we were out by the pool in the pool or snorkeling right of the coast of the house. We always had an afternoon breeze that kept it just kept it so comfortable. We could t get enough of the endless sea view! Sun rise & coffee was spectacular! Drinks by the pool all afternoon was the best!

This trip was more than I imagined.

Amazing stay! There were 8 of us (my husband, myself, our 3 adult kids and their partners) that stayed here. It was great that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area allowed everyone to just do there own things but do things together as well. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed. So glad we had our groceries delivered ahead of time too. The pool had a spectacular view! We hired Lizzie for yoga and she was incredible and worked with our needs and levels. So cool doing yoga outside by the pool! We also had a chef come in and prepare our last dinner! Again incredible. Fun being able to kayak and paddle board right off the property! It fulfilled all our dreams and expectations!

It was an amazing experience for our family and we would return! Amazing mornings on the patio, great times at the beach, and pool wad incredible. So, grateful to have experienced Reef Tides!

Absolutely loved it, would stay here again!!

Six women celebrating our 60th birthdays and we want to go back! This was our 5th destination in 10 years and by far the best. The house was perfect and had everything we needed, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice showers, all kitchen cooking things we needed, etc. We cooked most meals there and also did some food delivery. We hung out at the pool area the majority of our day and had plenty of room. We also brought our on snorkeling gear and swam with the sea turtles down the beach everyday. It was windy which got old for some but I think that kept the bugs away which did bother me but not others for the first couple of days - bug spray took care of that. The only issues we encountered were a couple broken lounge chairs but we still had plenty for everyone. There was construction for a few of our days with a jack hammer going from 7:00am to 5:00pm which was unfortunate and quite annoying but probably an anomaly. We were told there was an ice machine but that didn’t seem to be the case and a bag of ice was supplied. Two of the fan remotes were missing and they had to be shared which was very inconvenient if you wanted to change the temp in your room during the night especially for the lower level room. I am guessing this lent to not being as judicious with the AC as we probably should have been (extra $200). We probably could have used a better house orientation because one of the ladies used a panic button fob thinking it would turn on a fan and it ended up calling the police - don’t do this :) None of these things would deter me from 100% recommending this villa. It was spectacular!

Wonderful location. Very central so easy to drive to Sapodilla or Grace Bay. Beautiful views.

Reef Tides fully exceeded our expectations. From the moment the gate opened and we drove up the drive I was in love. The villa is even more beautiful in person. It is hard to tell from the listing how expansive the property is. Each room is a separate structure so to speak. Providing ample privacy for everyone in our party. The kitchen was a separate structure. The living space was great for working a large puzzle and nightly movies. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing. So much room to spread out and enjoy the pool, the view and simply relax in paradise. The gardens and walkway. to the ocean were well kept. The stroll down to the water was peaceful. There is a hammock hanging down by the water, a lovely touch. The kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms provided ample storage and cozy places to sleep. The bathrooms were great. Having a bathroom in each room is a definite plus. The powder room poolside is a great touch as well. To address the mosquitoes.. We are seasoned travelers. Especially to beach locations. While there were indeed mosquitoes it did not in any way hinder our stay. I would suggest bringing along bug spray if you are easily bothered. We had a great breeze for the first 6 days of our stay. That seemed to help with the mosquitoes. Overall this is a great property. I would highly recommend booking!!

I planned a surprise 40th birthday trip for my husband and invited 6 of our friends. From the communication with Michelé and the Villa staff to the recommendations provided, everything was perfect. All of our friends were able to arrive earlier than us to hide and surprise my husband when we entered the villa. The stay was great, the views were beautiful. We snorkeled in the reef around the villa and even saw some sea turtles. Thank you Reef Tides!

check in was a breeze with Devonte, house manager. he was flexible. we rented a car from SIXT which has cars at airport then easy 10 minutes to house. pictures are completely accurate with separate bedrooms/casitas so lots of privacy for couples. incredible amount of outside seating with tons of shade. kitchen table, outside table and dining room inside table to choose from for meals. great sectional couch for gathering spot in front of TV in great room. we arranged for maid service daily through Devonte and they were great. we arranged for a private sail trip with Capt Nick and Capt Tim as well as snorkeling. Da Conch shack was great food as well as CoCo bistro. No surprises. House is beautiful, well equipped, and peaceful. There is construction next door but it is mostly finished and we were not bothered at all by it. our wifi worked well since some of our group was working remotely. 10 minute drive to anything you want to see or do. we drove and walked grace bay beach most mornings and swam off the property every day. only draw back is the amount of mosquitoes but plenty of bug spray to keep them at bay. it is not fault of house as others on island said they were affected too. Hi there, my first time to T&C, so judge how you see fit. First I will start with the great. The location was excellent if you are looking for seclusion. There is a villa on one side that can see you, but only if you are outside in certain areas. On the other side is construction. We were not told about this before or after booking, only upon arrival. We did our best to not let it bother me. Not much noise from machinery, but definitely sounds from workers. The kitchen as noted in other reviews, is not air conditioned. It didn't seem like a big issue before, but while there it became tough. The small appliances could use an update, as well as the knives, pots & pans. There are two refrigerators which is great! Grocery delivery was perfect and perfectly coordinated with the house manager. There's also a grocery store within 5 minutes, we went and it was well stocked. The grounds keeper lives on site. We saw him twice, once a bit by surprise. Very nice. The rooms are a nice size and all completely separate. This is great if you're traveling in a group. The pillows could be better, but they may be great for you. No TVs in the rooms. The showers have great water.pressure. They get hot fast and they provide liquid bath soap. The towels are nice and there are washing/dryer machines in the basement. There's also a clotheslines outside. The pool is great, clean, large enough for 6-8 people without feeling too crowded. It's 8'8" deep. Great view from it. Speaking of the pool area, it's the only true place the wifi works. I suggest an upgrade, maybe some repeaters. It did not work in the rooms, except the one room next to the pool, but it had a very weak signal. Like many of the reviews, there are several areas on the property to sit and relax. We enjoyed the hammock and the beach a few days. The beach is very small, but adequate for the seclusion and there's the ability to walk down to another beach with a bit more sand if needed. If you love plants and flowers, there are so many different species on the property and lovely birds. We we asked to pay a fee for using the Air Conditioner, no biggie. But they should just roll that into the rental as an estimate. Walking in to see a credit card swipe in a rental was not the best vacation vibe. I say this all truly with a grain of salt. We had a great time. They could use an update all around though. Would not stay again, only because we intend to return and want to try something a bit more modern.

This was our first trip to Turks and split up our stay while we were there. Our last half of the week was at Reef Tides and was a great ending before departure. The house has ample room outside to enjoy with family and friends. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed snorkeling the reef out back. I will suggest to snorkel during high tide so you can really swim around the reefs or you may be limited on low tide. The supermarket is close by if you want to do some cooking. If your looking to relax and enjoy the views this is the spot. Devonte was easy to reach and help answer any questions we had during out stay as well. We'll definately be heading back in the future.

Reef Tides Villa is just as amazing as the descriptions and photos depict. The bedrooms were super comfortable and quiet, there were a ton of sitting areas for our family to gather, the kitchen was fully appointed with every dish and appliance needed, and the pool was quite large and clean. Not to mention the views of the ocean! We took full advantage of snorkeling around the reef right in our backyard and I used the outdoor gazebo for morning yoga every day. Ryesha the property manager was super helpful during our stay and also helped organize our itinerary and excursions before arrival. Michele the owner provided exceptional pre-trip information that made this a very smooth vacation for us, I loved having pre-stocked groceries upon arrival. We travelled as a family of 7 (kids in their 20's) and we had plenty of space for together time as well as quiet retreats for personal space when needed. Reef Tides Villa is very well furnished and organized for a comfortable stay. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful villa!!
