Our stay was amazing. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The house is very clean and well maintained but the back yard area is the star of the show.

This charming cottage has it all: comfy furniture, cute beach decor, and convenient location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee. Plus, Julie, the host, is a great communicator. We hope to stay again in the future!

The home is so cute, clean, and up to date. Everything you could need is there. We walked to breakfast every morning and walked the beach everyday. It rained the two nights we were there so we couldn’t use the backyard to its fullest extent. It had large outdoor furniture and a fire pit. I wish we could have enjoyed it. My 25 year old daughter with her dog stayed with my husband and I. We enjoyed the Festival of Lights and some downtime. We’d rent here again.

Home is very clean and decorated so nice. Great location across the street from beach access and several restaurants down the street. Grocery store near by and not far from town. Enjoyed the firepit out back in fenced yard. Home is supplied with everything you need for a getaway.

Location is perfect! Short walk to the beach that you can see the access from the driveway. Backyard was good for our smaller dog. Plenty of space inside for staying the week and having use of beach stuff in the garage was a plus. Would stay again!

This was the perfect rental! Close to the beach with anything you need for a day in the sun in the garage. Decorated beautifully. Pet friendly, our dog enjoyed it too! Great restaurants near by. Can’t wait to visit again. Julie our host was great.

This is our second stay at the Blue House in St. Augustine Beach. It is a very nice set up for a small family. It’s a very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Definitely worth a return trip.

I gifted this trip to my son, his wife and 1 year old grandson for their first family vacation. Julie was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy even an early check in. The house was cute, cozy and comfortable with everything they needed including beach day gear!
You can see the beach from the driveway and it is a very short easy walk away. All the attractions were close enough convenient yet far enough way that it stayed peaceful and quiet They loved to hang out in the backyard, grill dinner and take in the salty night air. They had the most wonderful time and we will definitely be booking again. We love St. Augustine and if your planning to visit this is a perfect location to enjoy all that this beautiful town has to offer. Thank you so much Julie!

Stayed with my brother and sister. This bungalow is good for a group of 3 - 4. Nice and clean, kitchen has everything you need, and the backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. The location is very close the the beach and numerous cafes/restaurants and bars. The owner helped us with some suggestions and has thought of most anything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended.

Close to the beach. A cute cottage. Full kitchen. Easy to get to the site. We did the trolley tour which allowed us to hear the historical perspective of the city and decide what we would like to do the next day.

My husband and I were so thrilled with this lovely house in Anastasia Island. It was close to everything we love. Our host Mimi was so great and had everything there that we needed, even a dish for deviled eggs. We definitely will be back.

We loved the size of the house. It was perfect for two people. The location was absolutely perfect as we enjoyed going out and watch the sunrise. The house was clean and well stocked. We also liked the location to local restaurants.

We love being located only a short block from the beach, with great restaurants very close by. The only thing I hated was the fact our stay had to be cut short, thanks to Hurricane Ian! We will definitely be back soon!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was really well stocked..... More stocked than any place I've rented in the past which we appreciate because we love to cook. We were thankful for beach wagon, toys and chairs which really came in handy. The backyard was very nice as well especially with the ambiance of the lights in the evenings. Another bonus is the beach only being a 3 minute walk away. The host/owner, Mimi, was extremely quick and responsive with any questions we had. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

The only downside to my stay at this beautiful property was that my trip was not long enough! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and ride the bikes provided to the local coffee shop. The home is so comfortable. I can't wait to book again in cooler temperatures so that we can use the fire pit!

This property is amazing!!! We visited with our three teenage kids second week of August. House is super comfortable for 5 adults sized people. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked most of our meals at home and everything that we could imagine needing was there.
Outdoor space is fabulous. We ate late dinner outside every night, and than enjoyed night cap at the comfortable couches overlooking banana trees. And my favorite - there were no bugs or mosquitoes at all.
Beach equipment such as chairs and toys were plentiful and huge help. There were also bikes and helmets available, but we did not use them.
Location is great. Steps to the beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee with the book by the ocean every day of our stay. It is short and nice walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. It is also a quick drive to the old town.
We stayed in many rentals over the years and this one is on the top of the list for our family vacation. We hope to be back next summer.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine Beach so much! The house fit all of our needs as a young family of 4! The garage was stocked with everything you need for a trip to the beach. It was so nice not having to pack up all of the extra beach necessities! The walk to the beach was so easy and it was nice being so close to some great restaurant options! If we make it back down to St. Augustine we would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed the house, only wished the kitchen sink was easier to wash dishes in. The water never got hot. And recycling never came. So just being a bit picky. Everything else was great. Didn't have any communication with owner, so can't really say

We enjoyed our stay here so very much. The house is cute, clean and cozy. The bikes, chairs, wagon and beach towels were an added bonus. Close to everything. Easy walk to the beach. We can’t wait to return.
