I can’t believe- when we tried to check in early we couldn’t understandable- but when we asked to use the restrooms and were told, “we don’t have a public restroom”, I asked what about that one over there” and the reply was, “it’s for employees”. Later that night at check in “can I use the restroom”? “yeah, I’ll give you the key”. Know your clientele, We weren’t off the streets needing your RR, we were paying customers. Disappointing for sure.

Clean, simple, and basic. Beds were super comfy. New hotel so everything felt sanitized. We were on the 2nd floor so you can hear the sound of your own steps, so hopefully i didn't disturb anyone below us. Right off the fwy but didn't hear outside traffic.

Hotel itself seemed clean and smelled pleasant. I felt the area was very poor in middle of business park. NOT business friendly for people wanting to do work. No computer, printer or real lobby. I asked front desk for a pen to do some work and she said they didn’t have any pens for guest ?!?! The fact you have to order diahware and cookware is extremely inconvenient. Other hotel include these items in your room. Felt the area was unsafe. There were several shady people just hanging out in front of hotel for hours. Extremely odd. Probably why the price of hotel was less than surrounding hotels. Probably would NOT recommend staying here.

It's a new hotel. Everything is new and wonderful. However breakfast is not yet available due to permit so the info listed here is not accurate.

The hotel was clean and helpful. It felt like a herd of elephants on the floor above my room, very uncomfortable to sleep. They made so much noise. I’m not sure what they were doing, playing with giant basketballs. I went the following day to explain to the staff did not get a response. I am very disappointed and will never stay here again.

It is nice, room was big, has a little kitchen with stove top, microwave oven, a big fridge.. but no coffee maker!

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. Check out was listed as 11am, was woken up by housekeeping trying to enter the room at 9am and again at 10am. Front desk then called the room at 10.30 to remind us check out was 11am. Felt very rushed out of the property

My reservation was not in the system even though it was prepaid. Staff was accommodating however, not friendly. Rooms are amazing! Location is industrial so not ideal for a hotel. Close to freeway so that’s a bonus. Hotel is very new and clean and that is both rare and special. Would recommend.

Easy check in. Lobby doors lock at 10 pm so no entry after 10 pm which made it feel safer. Room was very clean. It has kitchenette but you need to request dishes etc from front desk.

Super clean, everything is new. They’ve been open for a couple of months. Super friendly staff. The only inconvenience was that on the app it says they accept cash but once at the counter they did not.

Very nice property. The building is definitely new, but the elevator sounds like it’s grating.

After a lengthy drive we arrived at the hotel and we needed to use the facilities fairly urgently. In the lobby there is a mandated handicapped/public restroom that we tried to utilize while waiting our turn to check in. The lobby restroom was locked, with a handwritten sign stating, "Staff Only." We asked to use the bathroom & were told by the staff that we could not. The Hotel & property itself are fairly new, so all the rooms are clean and have not had time to be abused yet by guests. The small kitchenette was great. A smaller full refrigerator/freezer, a mini stove top, full size sink and microwave were included in our room. However, no silverware, plates, cups, pans etc were provided. Unless you packed your own kitchenware you had a fairly functional kitchen that you had no tools to use. Additionally, no ice buckets were provided, & no ice machines are on grounds. You have a freezer, but no ice trays. We booked a multi night stay, & on night 3 we requested to have housekeeping make our bed & exchange our towels. Staff at the front desk told us housekeeping services are provided only once a week, & if we wanted service, we would be charged an additional fee to have our room cleaned. We were told we could bundle up all our used towels & bring them back to the lobby for exchange. We found the staff to be unwilling to accommodate any of our issues, & only provide minimum customer service.

I personally had no problem with the hotel but my wife complained about the refrigerator noises. No worry, she is a big complainer😀

No shampoo, no coffee… top priority for me staying at a hotel. Was new and clean but no amenities

The property is clean and quiet. I forgot some belongings while checking out and the front desk and housekeeping staff were able to return my belongings to me and they were very helpful. The only minor problem I noticed was the bed is squeaking with minor movements. Otherwise this property is very good

The room needed a sink drainer so I could plug it and wash the dishes, however, I did not ask for one

The young woman who checked us in was very sweet but not very knowledgable about the hotel. The first inconvenience was that there was no ice machine. She said they didn't have one because they just opened two months ago. Then I learned there would be no coffee in the room or the lobby in the morning. Once we checked in the room, which was very nice, I noticed there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or blow dryer in the bathroom. There was a small kitchen with no plates, utensils, pots or glasses. When we went out for dinner I asked the same young woman why there wasn't anything in the room. She said she didn't know but that she could give me what I needed. I asked about the blow dryer and she said she didn't know why there wasn't one in the room nor did she offer me one. The worse inconvenience was the traffic noise. The hotel is too close to the freeway. Fortunately we were only there for one night but we definitely won't stay there again.

Domestic violence depute in the room next door at 1:30am I could hear everything they said and did including when they got physically violent

The place was ok , but the rooms were small had a refrigerator that made a loud noise all night long and had a big A/C sticking out of the wall that took up space. You can hear everything thats going on outside your door you can also hear every door close in the hallway. You also cant get in though a back door to get to the elevator so you had to walk all the way around or use a side door if you have a key.

Hotel is new so very nice. Sadly a small kitchen but nothing provided for using kitchen.

Very clean, the reception people very friendly and efficient.

Hotel cleanliness was poor. There was a bad smell in hallway and room. The website stated free breakfast. Unfortunately, when I asked about it, I was told they currently don’t offer it since they are waiting for their city permit. I said they need to change their website advising customers when there is a change in the amenities.

If you have never stayed at Extended Stay hotel, beware that there are few amenities in your room, such as shampoo, coffeemaker, and hairdryer. You will need to ask for them. This hotel also had no breakfast though it looked like the small lobby was set up to have hot plates. We thought to save a few bucks by trying this new site versus other local hotels, but this experience is a one and done.

A new place and it was nice. No Ice machine, I thought it had some type of breakfast but nothing was out.

The front desk person was so nice..The hotel is new and there were none of the normal accommodations We had to ask for a coffee machine. Nothing to put in our coffee. No breakfast as most have breakfast. No soap or shampoo. Best to take from home. Its a new hotel so I think they're working out the kinks. It was very quiet.

I stayed here two nights. The hotel is relatively new, so everything looks great! My room was clean, quiet, and the bed super comfortable. Lots of free parking! The shower had excellent water pressure. The room had great amenities as well such as a kitchenette. The front desk staff are EXCELLENT, especially Diane. She helped check me in quickly and when I needed a few items like shampoo, she provided them for free. Courteous and professional staff were much appreciated. Finally, the cost was low for a mid-week stay ($84/night), which is a bargain for the great quality you get. I would definitely stay here again.

Check the date of this review. This hotel is NEW. Therefore everything is still in mint condition. I would expect it to slowly deteriorate so go now and you’ll still smell that new building smell!

Amazing!! I had to book last minute for New Years and just needed a nice clean space for the night for a reasonable price and I had such a pleasant experience. They are newly opened and wow this place was spotless (I'm a neat freak) and everything was so clean! The staff were kind and I liked the studio set-up. There is no breakfast yet but there is a full kitchen with appliances available. Parking is free and is tucked away in a good area not far from the freeway and a shopping center but not noisy. I slept so comfortably, I would definitely come back and stay again!
