This is a really comfortable and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. Located in the town square of Seaton, opposite a nice pub and just a short walk to the beach, it is the perfect place to relax and chill out for a while. There are plenty of shops and restaurants surrounding the apartment and the town of Lyme Regis and lovely village of Beer are nearby. The addition of a washing machine/drier was a real bonus and the parking permit for nearby local parking was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment.

There was nothing wrong with the apartment but the instructions for initial access from Booking.com were at odds with those in an emailed .pdf file (Travel Directions) I think from the owner or managing agent. The latter were thankfully clear and concise, unlike the former.
