Please avoid this place like Plague. Don't believe their fake pics and good reviews nothing looks like in the pics, you can see my real pics. Their ad is" Room with private bathroom" but in fact most of the rooms are Not ensuite there are only 2 tiny dirty toilets The kitchen is not the one from their pics, it's a very dodgy one The dirt is unbelievable and is dirt that is not made in one day, but in weeks Just entering my room there was a big flock of long black hair on the floor, obviously not mine. There was no wifi, the check in is dodgy, no toilet paper , the toilet was not flashing The location is remote you can only get there by train and additional bus My main problem was the heating, they advertised that the property has heating but in fact most of the time the heating was off , as there were 5 degrees outside, a big old house gets really freezing, I was left to freeze having back and lung pains Nonetheless the rudeness of the woman in charge was as big as their dirt. She just blamed me and tried to lie to booking. com that I never checked in so she can avoid consequences, imagine what type of person she is, she didn't admit any of her problems, just bullying the client. I stayed in a hostel in Central London for 20 with exceptional conditions heating and en suite. Spend your money somewhere else, this is the worst place by far that I've been for the same price and I tried many of them.

Comfy bed with cheap price. You dont speak with anyone while checking in so its good for introverts or someone not confident in their english. It is a long way to London but fair for the price.

Bathrooms werent exactly clean. Near the door you use to get in only toilet was clean, walls, sink and shower look like they werent cleaned in week or 2, they also lack a lot of things that was listed in the offer, for example toilet paiper for toilet, so you better buy your own. They also for some reason take away keys you use to get inside after 11pm even after you clocked in. Unless you take one of the few (I only saw 2 of them when I checked in and they have a few rooms listed) with you while going out and return after 11pm you risk spending that night on street.

It wasn’t very clean and there was no table in the room. Also, seems a mix of short stay and long stay rental rooms.
