There was no hot water available. The toilet tanky was not workin.

I've booked Deluxe King Room but they provide us Economical Room, totally differ as displayed on booking.com
staff at check-in counter was very rude.
Room wasn't cleaned well, one side of the bed there is spit on the wall.
