Excellent location, close to amenities, Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura Mall.
Very clean and spacious.

You need to use your mobile phone as the door key, so make sure it has enough power, or carry a power bank with you, or you will get locked out.

The apartment was just as described. Very lovely and spacious. Having two bathrooms was a plus as we were 4 women staying together. Area is centrally located and close to everything, and quiet. Will definitely try to book again when we come back next year.
Payment having to be done through Zell or CashApp was different for me, but then I'm still getting used to all the online payment processes. Host did try to charge an extra fee for the commission to Booking but then waved it.

THE HOST DID NOT LET ME STAY BECAUSE I DIDNT WANNA PAY HER IN CASH AND SHE WANTED ADDITIONAL CASH… use Airbnb guys . Some of these bookings are scams
