What an amazing location, and still quiet! Loved our stay!

Beds very comfortable!

The apartment is spacious and very quiet, in spite of being right in the centre of Orvieto. There's also a nice terrace. The manager was very responsive and called us beforehand to give us directions with the car.

They offer a baby cot for 5€ per night (my personal opinion as a parent: I dislike when they don't provide it for free, and it's not for the price, but for the feeling of being a less welcomed guest). It's on the first floor with no stairs. Safety issue: there are a few steps in the apartment. If you have a toddler, you constantly have to keep an eye on that.

A very nice apartment located very central, right near a nice restaurant we had a delightful dinner in. Our daughter loved the baby bed with the nice bedding. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very nice and friendly too. We will book this place again for our next Orvieto trip .

Wifi reception could be better, it was only working near the entrance door on my phone.

The location was great, the location was clean. The apartments are not very large but pleasent. The furniture is relativly new and well kept.

The kitchen equiptment is very basic, and could use some enrichment.

The host was very kind, happy to help and flexible. The Apartment is cozy and clean, located right in the center makes you enjoy the most of the city. Highly reccommended!

It's just an apartment rental. There were absolutely no amenities other than a few shampoo packets. No coffee, tea, or breakfast. A bottle of tap water in the refrigerator. No communication at all from the host before my stay.
