Very good breakfasts, every day sonerhing different, and their coffee.
The agent at the front desk, not attentively at all , the shower in the bathroom was out of service, the room door was broken, no towels, no toilet paper, no soap, we arrived at around 4 pm , we wait till midnight to solve the problem, finally the guy from the night shift gave us another room 214 on the second floor which was small. We stay there because of the location , it was a 2 day family event, at this point , it was too late to look for another place.

You do not here the noise from the street and in Iquitos it’s a very good thing. The WiFi was one of the best we had in Peru. The room was huge and the AC worked fantastic.
The staff does not know English at all and even when we used google translate and they said they understand, they sometimes gave us the wrong things.
The water in the shower was very weak and not very hot.
