Bedsheets and pillows are way old may be as antique as the building, Mosquito bites, not provided the repellent instead asked to adjust.

We dont take any breakfast or any food from there.me and family get a very comfort stay with nandanam. We got ac bed room and very spacious living room together . That make my family especialy kids so comfortable with nanadanam. Next trivandrum we will choose this property again.

Vintage home in mid of town, and the rooms are neat and silent I got the space on the ground floor, and the rooms on the first floor are fantastic. The washroom is neat and spacious. There is a kitchen and we can do self-cooking. Caretaker Beeral is very friendly and hospitable. Overall it's a good stay and budget.

Some minor plumbing leak. Hot water, though available, doesn’t flow through the shower.

Everything was excellent except the room curtains
The curtains in the room were too transparent. Hence rooms were very bright due to sunlight. Better use a dark color curtain or blinds
