Mattresses were very comfortable

We arrived late and due to the property being remote and with no working external lights safe entry was difficult Inside the wood heaters electric fan was not connected to power and couldn’t be without an extension cord so it took a long time to warm the house . 2 internal lights did not work. The shower was very small and products supplied were supermarket level. The garden which featured heavily in the description as help yourself to veges and potter around, did not have a single herb or vegetable. It was obvious the garden had not been planted or turned over for a few seasons. The 2nd bedroom was set up as a child’s room although children are not allowed. As there is no tv we decided to play records only to discover the player did not have a needle so no music. It was obvious the owners had worked very hard to improve the cottage however having stayed at multiple airbnbs throughout Tasi this was not at the standard for the nightly rate

This welcoming home offers a quaint, beautiful place to rest (and recover after hiking in our case!) Character, attention to detail, with a great mood. Loved it.
