Such a bad experience I can’t think of anything positive. The property owners cleaners forgot to come clean prior to our arrival. It was July 4th and they refused to come clean on the holiday. Booking.com and Evolve which were the third parties are a joke. Please do not book through them and expect them to help you out in this situation. They will not even get you another place to stay for the night. That “isn’t their policy”. However, see picture with their company promise they tell you beforehand.

Arrived to this property and it hadn’t been cleaned since the people before us left. Linens and towels in piles on the bedroom floors. Bathrooms and kitchen unclean. Pet hair all over the couch, chair and dining room table. They were unable to find anyone to come clean it. We had traveled all day and took days off work. We were told booking.com and Evolve could not give us another room. “It wasn’t their policy”. When I booked this I understood that if I cancelled for any reason that I would be out the money. However, they can lead you to a property that is completely unclean, not be able to get anyone to come out and clean it and not give you another place for the night. I will never go through third parties for property’s again. Please know booking.com and Evolve will not stand by their promises.
