Everything was great, especially the family who is managing the house ! We got picked up at the bus terminal by the family, they also helped us to book our flight for the Nasca Lines and drove us there as well. The room was perfectly clean. The best service that you could receive :-)

Location great 7 minute walk to town centre area felt safe. The place is spotless. Louis and his wife were fabulous from picking us up and dropping us off at the bus station then helping us in ordering food to be delivered and arranging tours. Would stay there again

Dieses kleine Hotel war eines der besten, in denen ich je übernachtet hatte. Aufgrund der zum Zentrum etwas distanzierten Lage (nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt) hatte es den Vorteil, dass wir eine ruhige Nacht verbringen konnten. Das ganze Haus war anspechend und mit schönen dezenten Farben renoviert. Das Frühstück wunderbar, von bester Qualität, die Früchte reif und süß. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend.
Das Pünktchen auf dem i war aber die Eigentümerfamilie selbst. Der Hausherr hat uns mit größter Selbstverständlichkeit vom Busterminal abgeholt (kostenlos!) und wieder zurückgebracht. Er hat uns auch den Flug über die Nazca-Linien organisiert, uns zum Flughafen gefahren, bis nach dem Flug gewartet und uns wieder zurückgebracht (kostenlos!). Beide waren außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, für uns alles bestens zu machen. Dieses Haus kann ich jedem in höchstem Maße empfehlen.

Very friendly staff and very clean and nice hotel room. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for our stay in Nazca and arranging trips to various attractions such as the Nazca lines. The breakfast is also excellent! Would definitely recommend a stay at the La Familia Nasca House.

The hotel's staff was very friendly , thinkful , they gave me a lot of information about the local attractions , and also for the nasca lines flight , room was clean and wel kitted up , they are brand new rooms , for sure i'll be back
