Nothing. Horrible, dirty, rundown place and the staff are rude as ever.

Dirty everything and the rudest woman I’ve ever met working the front desk.

I’ve stayed a few times and I am usually very satisfied. However on this stay, I Was put in a room without working heat. no accommodation was made for my spouse and I. We were given one additional blanket on a 30 ° night and it was still very cold in the room.

Everything was as expected

Spacious room bed was very comfortable

They need better luggage carts

The rooms are upgraded

Saw two tiny roaches and I believe they turned off the elevator at a certain time, around 10 because I literally checked in, looked at my room grabbed food came back and they claimed the elevators had broken but I never saw them being fixed and they were working fine the very next morning. That's bad.

I liked how peaceful and quiet
