The location and cleanliness.

Location is spot on, close to the shops, restaurants and bars - all just a few minutes walk. Museums and other places of interest were all only minutes drive away. The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean with a nice view of the Telstra Tower landmark. Parking was great, free and easy which removed the stress about parking.

Location was super convenient. The directions for access to the building and parking were clear and easy to follow.
Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, strong shower pressure and great wifi.
It was a little noisy in the evenings but that was street noise and nothing to do with the apartment.

Great host response and easy to follow checkin instructions. Easy parking (free parking in Canberra was a bonus).
Good location, cafes and restaurants downstairs and a short walk to the Canberra Centre for shopping. The apartment was on the 9th floor so there was no noise from the street and the view was great looking at Black Mountain and Telstra Tower.
Apartment was spotless and had great extras like Shampoo,Conditioner,bodywash in the bathroom and ,salt,pepper oil etc in the kitchen if you wanted to cook.
The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the block out electric blinds.
The biggest drawcard was that the property was pet friendly which was the reason we booked but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment.

Excellent communication leading up to our visit and instructions provided on how to enter and leave the property. Great central location - easy to get to everything we need to. Perfect for our visit.

Location and parking were convenient and accessible, the sleeping and living conditions were very comfortable with the beds and couch
For the most part, the bathroom was clean, besides some hairs found around the shampoo.

Modern apartment of a good size. All amenities I needed for a few days but they would also be excellent for longer stays. Easy checking. Really quiet location. No traffic noise and no noise from adjacent apartments. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were not bags of concrete. Well lit apartment to so ideal for working in.
