Good position. Well equipped. Easy check in.
I would not recommend staying in this property in a Canberra summer. There is very poor airflow with no where for the hot air to escape from this small upstairs apartment. None of the three windows open more than 3cm. The air conditioner in the living room did little to cool the bedroom. The cutlery had food residue and needed to be rewashed. And to top it off there were what I think were eyebrow trimmers in the cutlery draw that still had hairs attached ! There were cigarette butts on the entry path to the front door. I stay in Canberra quite a-bit for work and this property was overpriced and underwhelming.
