We were in for a wedding , but that was secondary to the primary reason of having my 4 kids with my 3 grandkids being together for the first time. No one lives in the area, so logistics of airport pick ups and driving in from all over the east coast was a juggling act. Having such a ready, comfortable , easy , sweet looking place , was huge in our happy , successful weekend. We had everything you need, to a great coffee station , to a well stocked kitchen and gifts for a warm greeting.,,,,the owners were terrific !
I could go on and on but the one word I have for the house, Wonderful!

This beautiful spacious home was a perfect spot or our friends retreat. With six beautifully decorated bedrooms we each had our our space. The huge dining room table easily seats 10 people and three bathrooms is definitely a plus with a large group. The massive living room / great room had tons of comfortable seating, but its best feature was the panoramic view of Sodus Bay. Perhaps my favorite spot inside is the small enclosed porch/sun room on the second floor overlooking the lake- a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and take in the scenery. Of course the big private yard with dock, firepits and its private beach made enjoying the view so much more pleasurable. Abby and Brandon were wonderful hosts. Abby always responded right away to any request and was super accommodating. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in their beautiful home. We can't wait to come back!

Location is awesome. The house is great and has Everything you need. The view of the lake is incredible. If you stay here you won’t want to go anywhere else! Absolutely perfect for a large group or a small group that wants extra space!

What an amazing property! Our family of four generations - aging from 5 to 92 - enjoyed this home so much during our stay. There's SO much space - inside and out - and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the small private beach with the kids, renting a pontoon boat, learning how to kayak, roasting marshmallows by the fire, and spending quality time as a family. We really couldn't have picked a more wonderful and welcoming place to stay. Thank you so much Abby and Brandon for sharing your home with us.

We could not have asked for a better location, home, yard, lake area. Our group consisted of family & friends. The house was amazing...clean, the beds were all comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen was there, water pressure was great, the yard was spacious, the little beach area was wonderful for our granddaughters. We rented a pontoon boat with no problems. The host were easy to contact and responded right away. We look forward to our next stay at this location. Thank you Abby & Brandon the memories we made will last a lifetime.

Hosts were awesome. They made sure eveything went smooth. My family stayed for a week and we had a blast. The bay and beach was amazing. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The views were spectacular. The kids played for hours. The main street had great little shops.

Incredible house and hosts! This has to be one of the best places to stay in Fair Haven. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and he house and yard entertained our group of 11 to the fullest. Incredible views of the lake from the house and yard, plenty of space in the yard for football, basketball, cornhole, reading and lounging. The spacious property is very private and feels like your own resort! A little beach area for the young ones and several different kayaks/boats for adventures out in the lake. Large dock that fit both our boat and wave runner with room for more. Every room had a TV and air conditioning, large dining table, and the large room with views of the lake is the ultimate chill area. This house was stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend this house more and there wasn’t a thing missing. If you want the best Lake experience come to Fair Haven and stay here, you won’t regret it!
