Nothing the host was extremely rude and unprofessional he had doubled booked my stay and did not notify us until the min we arrived at 10:30 pm. We planned to arrive at that time for late night check in bc we had booked for 2 night stay and our anniversary was the following day. He told us he will let us know leaving us with the impression that they would correct their mistake and rearrange the reservation that was booked at same time as us since we had been reserved first. Instead he did not notify us until the following morning at 7:30 am at that time when we reached out to him. he said we had to leave at 11:00 am and to talk to booking.com. We noticed when we awoke that booking.com had messaged us at 3:00 am asking for us to rebook for an additional 110$ a night else where, but they would refund us later. We did not have more $ to book another stay. We where then told that they would refund us for the stay completely. The host was completely disrespectful by making us leave even before our laundry was finished and my wife wasn’t even completely dressed our wet laundry to meet the 11:00 am checkout that he never specified to us on how to do so . Remind you that this is the day of our wedding anniversary and we had already paid and been reserved for 3 days 2 nights but we had been there for less then 12 hours and where rushed and then host proceeded to disrespect my wife and I by questioning her disability and the ability of her service dog, which I might remind is illegal. He also was behaving childishly and unprofessional by continuing to have this obsession to prove an assumption that we had snuck in a dog, even after the fact of him knowing it was a service dog.
