The property felt really safe as it was behind a gate with a code, and a door code. The neighbourhood also felt really safe and was close to the locations we wanted to go to nearby! The bed was super comfortable, and I love that the property had both air conditioning and a fan to keep us cool in the hot LA weather. The patio was the perfect size and a nice bonus for brunching outdoors!

When we arrived we were a little confused because there was a large van parked in front of the entrance gate. Luckily we had Google mapped the property before arrival so we knew we were in the right location. We also were not given the correct gate code or the door code before we arrived so we had to call their support desk to get access. That being said their customer service was extremely prompt, very pleasant and helped us get in right away.
