Pete and Tina are fantastic hosts, very responsive to any inquiries. The house is just off the square so easy walking distance to town. It’s an old house with all that charm but has been updated perfectly. We’ll be going back for sure!

We were here for the Addressing Gettysburg Podcast Christmas party. The house, the location, the amenities were all flawless. We especially appreciated the simple check out procedure!

Our group stayed over Dedication Day weekend. The house is perfectly located for a Gettysburg visit. All the town’s shops, restaurants, and museums were easily walkable within minutes, while battlefield and Visitor Center a brief drive. Reserved spots in garage were located right behind home and downtown square. The home itself was a blend of comfort and luxury with a historic feel. The coffee bar was a bonus for all our group who appreciate great java to start your day. Tina and Pete were friendly and responsive in all communication, and generous hosts providing some unexpected and welcome treats. Highly recommended and plan to stay here again in future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in downtown Gettysburg. The host was very good with communication and the house was better than expected. With a family of six that includes 4 teens, we really appreciated that the layout of the home features a sitting room and bedrooms on every level so we could all have our own space. We also enjoyed the well stocked coffee coffee bar and pastries supplied by the hosts. It was a very nice touch. I was concerned about the parking set up, but it was very close and ended up being a blessing because we arrived in the pouring rain. We were able to unload our car in the covered parking garage and then it was a short walk to the house. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to stay at this property again in the future!

We loved the location. We were close to the center of town but it was far enough off the beaten path that it was peaceful. The house was well stocked and we felt welcome from the time we walked through the gate! We will definitely be back !!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need. We really enjoyed all the extra care and thoughtfulness that the hosts gave us during our visit. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect location to center of town, easy access to the battlefield park, free covered parking, comfy beds, clean, ADA accessible and sweet treats waiting upon our arrival, stocked coffee bar and water. Beautiful place, The host are very kind and great communication!! When we come back to Gettysburg we will absolutely stay here again!

This house has been beautifully renovated, with the added blessing of a handicap ramp, walk/roll in shower with a bench, and a bedroom with a lower bed, all on the first floor. There is a full bath and two bedrooms on the second floor, and one bedroom on the top floor. There are also two reserved parking spaces just behind the house in the parking garage, which was hugely convenient for our family of six with two vehicles. The heart of downtown is literally around the corner, but you are just far enough from the main street to not have all the hustle and bustle. It's quite a relaxing place. We sat on the front porch and it was fairly peaceful. Restaurants and shopping, along with all the historical locations that you expect when you visit Gettysburg, are just a minute away. One thing we weren't expecting is that the train tracks are still actively in use, and trains went through several times, usually late at night. There is one house between the house and the tracks, so it sounds like it's going right through the downstairs. We actually got a real kick out of it and didn't find it to be overly disruptive at all, as the noise only lasts less than a minute. We received the check in info and instructions well before we arrived. The hosts also take great care to really add some thoughtful conveniences and touches that really made our stay extra special. I would whole-heartedly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit. It's a gem!
