The cabin was so clean and modern inside. The bed was so comfortable. The black blanket in the top drawer was so comfortable. I’m home now and I miss that cabin. The location was great, we had a private beach, pool around the corner, playground, fire pit, docks and just an amazing place. I would come back in a heartbeat. Also, there is a book when you first walk in to the right Re: the lake house, numbers to call, food local food places, etc. I’ve been coming up to Laconia my whole life so I’m familiar with the area. I am so happy we rented this instead of a local hotel.

The front door lock/unlock was confusing. I had to reach out to the owner. I had a tough time opening it initially and locking it, which caused stress and anxiety. I am 41 and I struggled I am sure an older person who is not technology savvy would have a more difficult time opening it. I kept trying the door handle but you need to turn the lock portion to the left/counterclockwise to open it after you enter the code into the key pad. The hot water was short lived; it cooled down after about 7 minutes in the shower. I wish the check out time was 11am instead of 10am because we had a late night at the movies down the street and were rushed to leave our last morning . I skipped a morning shower to save the hot water for my daughter and to save time. We had so much fun and loved this place. I wish we had a few more nights.
