Central location, facilities. Small things make a big difference like kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, spare tea/coffee when arrive. Decor nice.

Check the events at the Black Swan pub which is opposite, they have a very late licence. They have tables in the court yard. They did politely catch us to let us know and we turned the telly up over the noise. We were tired so it was okay for us, though It could maybe be worse in summer.

Pub next door to it make it not in the right location as they are very noisy all the time eith loud music till late on

Central for Ripon. The pub oposite can be a bit noisy. Not an attractive setting but this didnt matter.

Loved the cottage. Beautifully decorated , Well-equipped and very clean everywhere. It would be wise to warn people that the second bedroom is up three flights of stairs. Had our friend , in her seventies, who has mobility problems. had accompanied us, she would never have coped.

Fittings & fixture were modern and clean. Quality bedding/towels

No private outside space. Quite a lot of noise from the pub opposite
