I took couple of days off to visit Omiš with my family and I really enjoyed our stay in Apartman Oaza. The property owner was one of the loveliest people I have ever met, she was very welcoming and answered all our questions. The location of the apartment is amazing, close to the beach, shops and everything you might want/need durring your stay. The apartment is super cozy and very clean.

The only (small) downside of this apartment is noise, as its balcony is overlooking the busiest road of the city. You can not hear the noise in bedrooms but it can get a bit too noisy in the living room.
