The apartment is perfectly located for the beach which is only a 5 minute walk, and the town at around 10 minutes to the pedestrian street and its restaurants. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn’t use it, the pool is clean and well maintained as is the apartment complex. There are a couple of mini-markets on the doorstep for essentials. Ponta Preta beach is close enough to walk with a couple of beach bars. Zuela is the perfect host, on hand when needed but not intrusive, she couldn’t have been better.

Struttura nuova, accogliente, pulita, con servizio di sicurezza e piscina; tutto ben tenuto. È a 5 minuti a piedi alla spiaggia di Santa Maria e poco più dalla pedonale del centro città. Zuela, che gestisce l’appartamento, è molto disponibile e gentilissima.
