Great location in the middle of a village of character, and not expensive. It has its own parking off the main village road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights attending a birthday celebration nearby. We sampled the evening menu one night of locally sourced ingredients which was excellent as was the breakfasts that were cooked to order every morning.
It was all fine.

Location was good it was within walking distance
Small beds, poor customer service. Asked for a coffee in bar and was told she could not make it. Asked for tea, same answer despite water boiler on counter, my wife made the tea... Other staff such as chef and housekeeper were excellent.

Easy to find - clean comfortable rooms, staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely!

Welcoming staff, clean and quiet room, magnificent breakfast!… nice touch of usb and usb-c sockets built in the wall sockets… not in the liveliest of towns, but suited our purpose very well .

Thin walls, understandable as it is an old building, part of the charm. However can hear the bar area from room.

I was very grateful to Gavin and Natasha for making me very welcome at the hotel. I had a single room which ticked all the boxes. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. I was also very happy to have on site parking.

Lovely property and a beautiful village, just 10 minutes from the sea.
The new owners, Gavin and Natasha were welcoming and friendly. I wish them all the best in there new adventure.

Turns out the new owners, Gavin and Natassia had only been in place for 10 days. But they were amazing. Really friendly and helpful and made the stay.
