Perfectly located for exploring Chichester and West Sussex. Claire was lovely, thinks about those things that you might have forgotten by way of toiletries and added lots of little personal touches - in other words it was how she would like to be cared for, home from home style! Only the one night but would be back to stay again. Lovely choice at breakfast and very accommodating for dietary requirements like Gluten Free too. Comfy bed, generous space and nothing a trouble - even offered a lift to the local pub so we could have a drink, alas the local was fully booked for meals! All in all, a lovely find, very happy with our stay, thanks Claire!
Have absolutely no complaints about Flavian House or our host Claire, we were both very happy with our stay. We liked everything about the accommodation, location.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely room with everything provided. Extremely welcoming and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely like to stay again.

Quiet location ,modern and clean, with parking on site.
Only 5 mins drive to centre of Chichester.
Hostess very friendly ,and offered lovely fresh cereal, fruit, and toast for brekkie x
