I booked two rooms and it was confirmed by the both booking.com and the property. On the day of travel, the property canceled the rooms and offered me to take one big room where they would accommodate 4 people. Also, they ended up marking me as NO SHOW even though I stayed at the property.
Bed sheets are stained.
Bathrooms are dirty, no water, leaking pipes everywhere
No dustbins
Car Parking is a big problem. You might end up parking on the road.

Didnt provide good room .we were told to use one room for washrooms and another for sleeping bcos of maintenance issues and there were spider webs everywhere overall the worst room i have ever been

What I disliked List is too long....Just to name a few 1) No shower 2) Jetflow tap non operational 3) No table 4) Dirty Linen 5) No lift 6) No tea pot 7) Misleading website info for booking like check out time and room rates and descriptions of room 8) Poor direction to location from airport/station no prior link shared 9) Extremely unorofessional staff at reception 10) Ambience is ZERO
What I liked is 1) AC good condition 20 Owner of the property at least cared to listen in person about issues
Nothing more to say. Wont trust Booking.Com again.
