Location was ok.

Staff uncaring of my concerns. No elevator - when I asked was told it was only a half flight of stairs. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. No security latch beyond deadbolt - was told it wasn't needed. No ironing board. No hangers in closet. No suitcase rack. Floor was dirty in my room. Metal bed skirting flexes and makes noise when any movement on the bed. Of the 3 USB ports next to bed, only 1 worked. AC unit in ceiling leaked.

The rooms were nice or will be when they are finished remodeling. Was clean

No trash cans for kitchen area. No place to put your clothes. No place to put your suitcases. I do not think they are finished with the remodeling.. Hallways were pretty dirty.

Room was a suite. Appears hotel being remodeled. There were window blinds but no curtains, so anyone could easily see into the rooms at the edge of the blinds. We were on the first floor, so we had to walk around in the dark. The water was scalding hot. My husband told the desk clerk that it was dangerous.

See above comments. My husband went to the office right at 6:00am to get coffee. The only thing to eat was one Hostess pastry which he brought to me because I had a pill to take with food. He asked if there would be more food brought out and was told no. It appears they opened before they were ready.

New room which is nice. Some of the older rooms are in a basement. A/C Unit kept kicking back to a hold temp of 78 which was not good. Couch to watch tv was uncomfortable.

The girl at the front desk was nice. She charged me more than she was supposed to. I reserved room for $72 plus tax which made it $82.99 but I was charged $93. I told two ppl. The girl in morning took picture of my confirmed reservations for $79, which was the price on Booking.com. I was told I would receive a refund of the difference but still haven't received it but that's typical of the India ppl they cheat you out of money then they lie about it or make you feel stupid. I know it's $10 but that room was not worth $93. If I wanted to pay that much I would've went some place else. They are under renovation but there are 8 steps up and 8 stairs down to the rooms. We couldn't carry or suitcases down because we are disabled. It's a studio but it needs help. No kitchen stuff except plates and glasses. The hotel needs help and shouldn't rent rooms until they are done. Learn your computer system do you don't cheat ppl out of their money.

The fact we couldn't get our rolling suitcases down the stairs. They CHARGED me more than what booking.com advertised. I don't recommend staying here. The breakfast is a joke. Yogurt, bananas, muffins and wrapped Danish, honeybun cost $3 at snack bar, soda pop was $3. It's ridiculous. I want my money refunded but their greedy and never will happen. I deserve a full refund. I stayed at a LaQuinta in AR and it was $79 total with tax. Before you come to our country and buy your hotels tax free which I'm Native American and my ppl don't get Jack shit because you greedy, lying p.o.s. steal from ppl.
