As a local from Kota Kinabalu, a place with the price I pay for was super worth to!!!!
1. It was huge, like HUGEEEE. There was so much space for my lil sister to dance around
2. Parking was provided, except of a-bit confuse at the very first. After all it was all good nice and easy to remember.
3. Shopping mall downstairs, nice and easy. I can basically just stay in that area 🤣🤣

4. Shout out to the OWNER !!!! Super easy going and understandable. Helps me a lot when I was having trouble🥹, especially when I told him I need help with looking for a wheelchair to rent during my travel in Kuching, he was so much helpful with it.
Thanks him so much helping and understanding my difficulties with a whole family 🥹🥹
Maybe the Management of the Condo should give the swimming pool a good clean up. 🥴

Super spacious. Complete amenities with coway water dispenser. Bed sheets clean and smells nice. Got hot water and bidet. Wifi speed is very good and tv got soo many choice to watch. Very reccomend this place for family
