My stay was wonderful. It was peaceful, quiet, and I felt very safe. I had a great visit with family and I also had a nice, much needed worry free, time to myself.

I was staying at Lake Las Vegas to participate in paddling races at the lake all weekend. After racing all day Saturday, we came back to our rental property to find out that the sink had overflowed and the floor had a small river going towards the sliding glass door out the door over the balcony down onto the balcony below. It had also gone into the drawers soaking my friends clothes and the extra bedding. It was not clean faucet water, it was dirty greasy water with food particles in it that smelled like vomit. They did come quickly, but ended up just having to turn everything in the kitchen off because they couldn’t get a plumber there until the next day to fix it. It was not the owners fault. It was probably coming from one of the units upstairs. They did have the repair completed by the next evening however, had not cleaned the place properly, so it still smelled really bad when we got back from our second day of racing. due to the inconvenience of not being able to use the kitchen for over 12 hours, combined with having to deal with the mess and the awful smell in the unit for the second half of our stay, I expected to be offered a partial refund on what I paid to stay here. Because of not being offered any kind of refund and them not properly cleaning everything once they fixed the problem this is not a property I would stay at again or recommend to a friend or family member.

The Room: This studio apartment exceeded all our expectations! The room was amazing and was a great size for two people. I thought the layout and decoration of the place was so well thought out and very inviting. Everything seemed very clean and comfortable. The only “complaint” I have (which is not really a complaint but a warning to others who stay) the shower floor is very slippery so be careful when getting in there! 😂 The Building: The building is very nice! You have to enter a code to enter the main building door which adds a nice extra level of security. From the main floor, there are two elevators which take you up to your room. Around the back of the building is where the pool and hot tub are. The pool and hot tub never got too overpopulated during our stay and they were both so nice and clean. Hot tub was the perfect temperature for the evening and the pool was so much fun during the hot days. All in all I would DEFINITELY recommend this place over a hotel and we really loved our stay here.

Everything is amazing accept for the bed. It is a old loud spring mattress that has so much wear that you can feel a big dip where previous people have slept. The sofa bed no better. Ended up sleeping on the floor On the couch cushions.
