Nice space with a large living room and bedroom in a quiet neighborhood. The host and his team are good to communicate during our stay, and the house manual is easy to read. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to anyone close

We were given wrong apartment first, then when that was sorted later on we got into our right apartment (after being key code to another box) then when we got settled we realised there was no WiFi, which was OK, except that meant no TV for the kids as it had no antenna. The worst was to follow, there was no HOT water , we could not shower all weekend , we were left til Saturday evening for a resolution but it never came. It was a newly renovated apartment that just wasn't ready yet, a few windows in the hall were boarded up which wasn't very appealing. The water we ran to see was there hot water then remained in the bath as the "modern" plug would not release. I just thought hot water should be a must for a shower at least and unfortunately this was left unresolved. Whoever I was dealing with tried or pretended to try and resolve situation. Location is so so.

Showed up at the property with 4 kids , no one to help at the premise and no one answered the phone they shared . Once you book through booking.Com they take you to a site pay another 300 pounds , which isn’t in their policy in booking.Com . They need to be seriously reported . In addition the location is bad , the photos doesn’t reflect reality . They technically took my money and had to book somewhere else . Avoid them .
