Location, well equipped kitchen

Not entirely clean and a bit cold

The chalet is tastefully decorated and very pleasant , comfortable and calm. There is a spacious living room and kitchen area with a nice patio door. There is a walkway to Sandy Lane, which is accessible through a gate behind the row of chalets at the back, which takes you down to the beach if you turn right at the pub,cross the rd, I believe there’s another alleyway on the left then u go over a car park. That is the dunes end, opposite the entrance to the park is a less packed section of beach in comparison. It was great weather. Everyone at the park was really friendly. There are several takeaways up the rd.

We had trouble finding the chalet. It was at the back of the caravan park. it was actually a fabulous lady from abroad who helped us find it. To be fare we aren’t park savvy. It’s near the swimming pool. We didn’t get into the beach until it was dark the Saturday night due to heavy traffic getting into camber. It seemed to be to do with cars being turned away from a car park .As it was a weekend stay it would’ve been nice to get on the beach in daylight but it happens. Weather was gorgeous. The owner sent the new key code on the day we set off , so check ur emails before you leave. I didn’t,( didn’t have time) and the code on here was an old one. Phoned the owner and got the new one so it was ok.

So beautiful, lovely and clean, had a amazing time would definitely recommend 😊

The property was lovely and clean had everything we needed

The beds were clean and comfortable but badly creaked with the slightest movement which was annoying.

The place was clean, good parking spaces, lots of room in the home, fully equipped, very good working shower and overall a happy experience. The owner was helpful.

The only thing I have to say is the towels provided aren’t that great and have lots of fluff coming off.

Very much enjoyed the property. The app makes it difficult to rate the chalet and venue separately and so I don't give a poor rating for the property. I have scored very much for this alone. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious inside compared to cramped conditions we have previously been used to in similar venues. The hosts were excellent and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. The chalet is situated in a spacious area, not a 10 min walk from main amenities. The property had all that we could have needed. Will definitely be looking for a return visit when possible. The beach is beautiful and so close. it's so large that at one point we felt we were the only ones there! Thank you for all your hard work.

Can't fault the chalet condition or owners. Parkdean is your usual family venue and we chose to use some of their facilities while there, although we didn't have to. Some definite changes to staffing should happen. Some clearly do not wish to be there and you don't want to be faced with this when you're supposed to be having a happy holiday. It didn't spoil our time anyway! Another word of warning to those arriving around 6pm, if you wish to eat and drink at their facilities (that evening) you will not be allowed in without a special card which is only available at the reception which closes at 6pm - you can see the problem!!! However we were lucky enough to find someone kind enough to help......eventually. I realise all negative feedback is not the owners fault and outside of their control.
