Was overcharged for the stay, hotel lacked in daily cleanliness, the appliances in the room were difficult to operate without maintenance, there's no pool, no breakfast, and the marketplace was always dirty and lacked utensils, the internet was in and out, and the elevators were in and out of service, the dish washer did not function properly, so I had to wash them by hand. The front desk staff were poorly trained or lacked basic customer service skills.

Location great. Does not provide breakfast.
Stayed there because I was having some work done at my house. Very friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Place was clean, up to date and ambiance was conducive to getting having a small meeting in the lobby or just getting some work done. Pantry was well stocked and free hot beverage all day long.
Shout out to the manager, Ms. Bobbi and Ms. Barbara!!!. Definitely recommend. May just go there for a staycation.
