The location is the only good thing about this place

There is no lift and if it is it will not be working. Need to climb 4 flights to reach the lobby and rooms .So be prepared to carry your luggage. For breakfast we had to wait for almost an hour to be served as the only receptionist cum chef was occupied with other guests. Highly non recommendable place to stay in Baku

I don't like the room itself, especially the staff!! POOR Customer Service!

The lady who gave us breakfast was nice and the breakfast she provided was good. The room was okay when we finally got in to the hotel. The location is a good central place and made it easy to access places on foot.

Upon reaching the hotel past 1am, we were greeted by a place you'd stereotypically get murdered in a horror film. The number on Booking.com didn't work, but I found a business WhatsApp number and called that. The weasel-like guy who turned up took us to the third floor where the hotel was after walking through the dingy, unlit courtyard. He then told us his card machine wasn't working. What he had was a fake machine and he tried to blame our Mastercard. We watched him pull the same stunt twice later. This meant I had to walk out five minutes to a cash machine where I was watched by a number of gangsters. He then claimed he was out of rooms that were booked and said we had to paid more. We refused and after five minutes he gave us the room we paid for that he magically remembered we had. He then refused to give us a receipt saying he needed his boss to give us one. We never got the receipt and he tried to suggest later in the stay we hadn't paid and needed to pay him again, which we told him where to go. As we left, he tried to force us to give us a 10 on Booking.com and we told him we'd do this later. He also modified our booking online to one night - presumably to reduce the fee he'd have to pay to Booking.com.

مدخل الفندق مظلم و كانه سكن في بنايه . الافطار يوميا هو نفسه بدون تغيير.

It was near to Nizami street

Very Poor service. Not cleaning the room properly and break fast was not as Comitted, asked for simple omlet but not provided saying that the lady Cook didnt come

The location is super … every thing is easily reachable … very live surrounding … lot of restaurants near by…

・ホテル名が通称で表記されており、ホテルを見つけ出すのに手間がかかった。 ・カード決済ができず、現金のみの支払い ・朝食に関する案内がなく、食べそびれた ・部屋の清掃が不十分。髪の毛等が多数落ちていた ・窓が無い部屋に案内され、換気が不十分だった
