The Jewel Box is nicely located on a residential street, close enough to downtown for walking. The house itself is newly renovated and quite attractive inside and out. I was impressed with its cleanliness and comfort. It is a well-appointed property that had everything we needed; I was particularly pleased with the kitchen and its equipment. I appreciated the well-lighted rooms, the comfortable bed and the generous quantity of soft towels in the bathrooms. We stayed for a week and I’d love to do it again.

This house looks even better in person. Everything was clean and in place. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Within walking distance to downtown Edenton. The homeowners were so very kind. We hope to stay here again.

Well appointed property. We enjoyed having 2 full baths. Kitchen was more than adequate. Only complaint is the TV. Very slow response when using the remote. Only used Watch for Free. We did not have our streaming passwords so couldn’t use streaming.

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping it would be! Close to downtown and it was very enjoyable! The house was also very clean and tidy.

Jewel box indeed. A charming, beautifully renovated cottage and garden. All the amenities needed. Close to downtown. We brought our bikes and found it to be a wonderful base to explore all Edenton has to offer

The Jewel Box was perfect for a long weekend away for my girlfriend and me. The house was very clean, warm and welcoming. It was also a quick and easy walk to the downtown area and waterfront. We’ll be back next year.
